Thomas M. Saxer

Tom is an in-court lawyer. He has prosecuted and defended hundreds of matters from their inception through resolution, be it by settlement or trial, and has examined hundreds of witnesses. He has represented a number of construction companies, handling issues concerning alleged negligent construction, design disputes, cost overruns, mechanic's liens, and similar issues. He also defends Workers’ Compensation cases, both administratively and in court, on behalf of our government and business clients.
